Website & Local SEO Audit for Local Businesses

You already have a website. Before you pay for a redesign, find out what is actually holding it back.

We manually review your existing website and give you a clear, prioritized plan for improving search visibility, usability, conversions and enquiries — including a look at up to two local competitors — so you can decide what to fix, and whether a new website is even necessary.

What's included

What we review on your website

Every audit is carried out manually: we go through your website the way a customer and a search engine would, and record what helps and what gets in the way.

Performance and deliverables

  • Page speed and performance observations
  • Concise summary of what we found
  • Prioritized High / Medium / Low action checklist

Conversion review. We look at how effectively the website encourages visitors to make an enquiry, call, book an appointment or request a quote — from the calls to action and their placement, through the contact and booking journeys, to trust signals and anything that might be putting people off.

Competitor comparison. Where suitable publicly accessible competitors can be identified, we compare your website with up to two relevant local competitors. We only use what anyone can see publicly, never their private analytics, and no comparison can promise better rankings or conversion results.

Recommendations and an action plan — not changes to your existing website

Norvexa does not make changes inside third-party website builders or your existing website platform. Once you have the report, you can:

  1. 1implement the recommendations yourself;
  2. 2give the report to your existing developer;
  3. 3ask Norvexa to create a refreshed website through our managed website service.

What you receive

  • A concise summary of the main issues we found
  • Detailed findings in plain language, not a raw tool export
  • A prioritized High / Medium / Low action checklist you or your developer can work through
  • A short comparison with up to two relevant local competitors, where suitable examples exist
  • Recommendations covering search visibility, usability, conversions and performance

What's not included

  • Making changes inside your website builder, CMS or existing platform
  • Implementing the recommendations for you
  • A website redesign, new pages or new copywriting
  • Ongoing SEO, backlink building or monthly optimization
  • Access to competitors' private analytics, traffic or revenue data
  • Guaranteed rankings, traffic or conversion increases
  • Ecommerce, multilingual or multi-location audits (quoted separately)

The standard audit covers one website, one business location and up to approximately 15 important pages. Larger websites, ecommerce stores, multilingual websites and multi-location businesses may require a custom quote.

You get a professional review and actionable recommendations — we don't promise search rankings, more enquiries or other business outcomes, and the audit doesn't include ongoing SEO, backlink building or monthly optimization.

Website credit

Purchase a Norvexa website within 30 days after your completed audit is delivered, and the full $149 comes off the price.

The credit is used once, on one website plan, and has no cash value.

One-time website

$499 USD − $149 USD audit credit = $350 USD remaining

Monthly website

$49 USD per month. The $149 credit covers your first three months ($147), with $2 toward month four. The full breakdown is in the FAQ below.

We invoice website plans ourselves rather than through an automatic checkout, so the credit is applied manually once you confirm you'd like to go ahead.

How it works

Who the audit is for

  • Your site gets visitors, but few of them get in touch
  • You're considering a redesign and want a second opinion before you commit
  • You want a developer-ready list of fixes before commissioning work

Frequently asked questions

Will you make the recommended changes to my existing website?

Norvexa doesn't normally edit third-party website builders or other developers' websites. You receive a professional review with practical recommendations you can implement yourself or hand to your current developer. If you prefer, Norvexa can build and manage a new website for you through our website service.

Is this an automated SEO score?

No. Every audit is reviewed manually by a person. We look at your website the way a customer and a search engine would, then give you plain-language findings and a prioritized action checklist instead of a tool-generated score.

Do you compare my website with competitors?

Yes, where suitable publicly accessible competitors can be identified. We compare up to two relevant local competitor websites on design and presentation, service clarity, contact and enquiry options, trust elements, mobile usability and visible SEO and content opportunities. We only use publicly visible information — we never access competitors' private analytics, traffic or revenue data.

What does the conversion review cover?

We look at how effectively your website encourages visitors to make an enquiry, call, book an appointment or request a quote: calls to action and their placement, contact forms and booking journeys, navigation and mobile usability, trust signals and testimonials, the clarity of your services and messaging, and any obstacles that might be preventing enquiries.

Does an audit guarantee more enquiries or higher Google rankings?

No. The audit identifies technical, content, usability and conversion opportunities that may improve the website's visibility and performance, but no provider can guarantee specific search rankings, traffic or conversion results.

How does the $149 website credit work?

If you purchase a Norvexa website within 30 days after your completed audit is delivered, the full $149 is credited toward that website. One-time website plan ($499): the credit leaves $350 USD to pay. Monthly website plan ($49 per month): the $149 credit covers your first three months ($147) with the remaining $2 credited toward month four, making month four $47, then $49 per month from month five. The credit can be used once, on one website plan, and has no cash value.

Are credits applied automatically?

Our website plans are invoiced outside this website, so the audit credit isn't applied by an automatic checkout. We apply it manually when you tell us you'd like to go ahead — just mention your audit and we'll deduct the $149 from your invoice or first payment.

How large a website can you audit?

The standard $149 audit covers one website, one business location and up to approximately 15 important pages. Larger websites, ecommerce stores, and multilingual or multi-location businesses may require a custom quote.

When does the audit start, and how do I pay?

Sending the request doesn't start the audit and doesn't take any payment. We review your website to confirm the scope, then reply with the next steps and payment instructions or a payment link. Your audit is confirmed once payment is received — there's no subscription and no automatic renewal.

What do you need from me?

Your website address, a few business details and, if you have one, your Google Business Profile link. We review your website as a visitor would, so you don't need to share any logins or admin access.
